We are looking for a kickass Full-stack Marketer to join the movement of developing the future together at the Jibe tech house in Cluj. We're a team that works on products used by enterprise companies, building in verticals such as e-commerce and customer loyalty, e-mobility and data security. Our ideal candidate is both strategic and tactical, has good communication and management skills, and is looking for the next challenge in their journey - to help put Jibe on the map internationally as well as a cool local employer.

• Lead the marketing strategy and activities for the Jibe products and services, as well as Jibe’s employer branding.
• Own and develop end-to-end marketing campaigns for the Jibe products, from research, to planning and execution, with the support of the Jibe product owners:

• Research relevant competitors and do customer discovery for Jibe's products, as needed
• Create consistent positioning statements, messaging, and associated assets

• Collaborate with the Operational Director of Jibe/management team of Jibe to develop the employer branding strategy of the company:

• Crafting compelling content that tell employee stories across social media, website/blog, newsletters, internal communication tools and communities
• Event marketing strategies and implementation plans
• Manage the production of promotional materials such as branded merchandise, photo props or posters
• Research and present innovative ways to attract new talent

• Find and create opportunities to build awareness about Jibe and its products in relevant media channels
• Manage our social community profiles: LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram
• Direct and produce graphic and media assets as needed by the campaigns you plan
• Create and manage collaborations with freelancers and agencies to deliver on your strategies.
• Lead sessions to generate ideas and create alignment within the team. You will be the “marketing lead” within our team, always sharing what the strategy is, what new ideas we can test and learn from to achieve our objectives
• Support the team managing projects and operational processes.

Your knowledge and experience:

• 4+ years of integrated marketing experience
• Fluent and creative in English & Romanian
• A good writer and storyteller - the original content should flow in different writing styles
• A good communicator and prioritiser of projects and tasks
• Experience in creating marketing strategy for employer & customer branding
• Creative enough to bring in freshness and new insights
• Strong research skills
• Good understanding of SEO
• Great understanding of social media & experience with posts & ads
• Visual content creation and editing for social media with the tool of your choice
• Extensive experience with Google Workspace (Drive, Calendar, Meet, Sheets, Docs, Slides, Forms)
